1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, or redistribution of any part of the Application—including its source code, design, branding, and associated intellectual property—is strictly prohibited.

All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.

2. Use of the Application

The Application is a paid service, and access is granted only upon successful subscription or payment through authorized channels. T T Branding Ltd reserves the right to modify pricing or access terms at any time. Any changes will be clearly communicated in advance via the Application or App Store listing.

The Application may collect and process personal data as part of its core functionality. You are responsible for securing your device and access credentials. Jailbreaking or rooting your device is strongly discouraged, as it can compromise functionality and security.

3. Third-Party Services

To deliver core features, the Application relies on third-party services, including:

• OpenAI API – provides AI-generated chat and beauty intelligence
• Amazon Product Advertising API – powers product discovery and recommendations

By using the Application, you also agree to comply with the terms and policies of these third-party services. The Service Provider is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or limitations caused by these third parties.

4. Connectivity and Data Responsibility

Certain features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for performance issues related to poor or unavailable internet service, or if the Application functions improperly due to exhausted data allowances or roaming restrictions.

You are responsible for any data or roaming charges incurred from your mobile service provider while using the Application.

5. Device and System Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is compatible with the Application and remains charged and operational. The Service Provider is not liable for access issues due to device malfunctions, OS incompatibility, or insufficient battery life.

6. Application Updates

To maintain performance and security, the Application may be updated from time to time. You agree to install updates when they are made available. T T Branding Ltd does not guarantee ongoing compatibility with all operating system versions.

We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Application ends immediately
• You must delete the Application from your device

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for high reliability and accuracy, the Application depends in part on third-party services. T T Branding Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of the Application, including reliance on its content or AI-generated outputs.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. You are encouraged to review them regularly. Any changes will be published within the Application or on this page, and continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
